What is our mission?
While learning new skills, students should never be discouraged because of location, ability, or exposure. We firmly believe this and are breaking down barriers that prevent youth from discovering coding. Even though working with code can be intimidating, we deliver activities to help students gain confidence while coding. Through our work, we hope to inspire the next generation of students to think creatively, build confidently, and explore new areas in computer science and STEM!
Why is learning code so important?
Computer programming is on the rise! Every day, more jobs arise in computer science. However, coding is more than just a pathway to computer science; it fosters valuable skills applicable to everyday life. These skills include problem-solving, mathematics, creativity, collaboration, and more! Learning to code at an early age sharpens those skills and opens the door to many future opportunities!
